No. Nothing is shipped back to us. You keep your current device—we only need proof that you own one.

Yes. We accept proof of purchase from any retailer, as well as a photo of the device itself.
Check that the code hasn't expired (14 days) and that the product in your cart is Comulytic Note Pro or Comu Action Pro. If it still fails, reply to the email containing your code or contact support@comu.com and we'll sort it out.
Yes. Devices purchased with a trade-up discount are covered by the same 30-day refund policy with free return shipping and the same 12-month warranty as any other order.
