What is Buy with Prime?
Buy with Prime allows eligible Amazon Prime members in the United States to purchase selected products directly from participating online stores. It provides a familiar checkout experience along with fast delivery and convenient return options.

How does Buy with Prime work in the Comu Store?
Eligible Comu products display a Buy with Prime button and an estimated Prime delivery date. Select the button and sign in to your Amazon account to review the shipping address and payment method associated with your account.

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order ships, you will receive another email containing tracking information.

Do I need an Amazon Prime membership?
Yes. Buy with Prime benefits are available to eligible Amazon Prime members. If you are not currently a Prime member, Amazon may offer you the option to begin a trial, subject to Amazon’s applicable eligibility requirements and terms.

Are all Comu products available through Buy with Prime?
No. Buy with Prime is available only for selected Comu products. Eligible products will display the Buy with Prime button or logo on their product pages.

Can I purchase a subscription through Buy with Prime?
Buy with Prime is intended for eligible one-time product purchases. Subscription plans and recurring payments are not currently supported.

Does Buy with Prime include free shipping?
Eligible Buy with Prime orders include free Prime delivery. The estimated delivery date and applicable shipping information will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Is the delivery experience similar to ordering directly from Amazon?
Buy with Prime provides Prime members with a familiar checkout and delivery experience, including fast shipping, order tracking, and convenient return options for eligible purchases. Delivery dates may vary depending on the product, destination, and other circumstances.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can review your Buy with Prime order in either of the following ways:
• Sign in to your Amazon account, open Your Orders, and select Buy with Prime Orders.
• Select the order-details link provided in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.

How do I return a Buy with Prime order?
Open the order-details page using the link in your confirmation email, or visit Buy with Prime Orders in your Amazon account. Select the relevant order and follow the displayed return instructions.

Available return methods depend on the product and your location. Certain eligible orders may support label-free and box-free drop-off. Other returns may require you to print and attach a return label.

Returned products must be sent back within the applicable return period and satisfy the return conditions shown on the order-details page. Products may need to be returned in their original or resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

When will I receive my return refund?
For some returns, refund processing may begin after the product is dropped off at an approved location. Other products must first be received and inspected at a fulfillment center.

After the refund has been approved and processed, it may take up to seven business days to appear on your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Can I use an Amazon Gift Card or Amazon promotional credit?

Which payment methods are accepted?

What should I do if my delivery is late?
