1. What Security Updates May Include
Security updates may include:
- Security vulnerability fixes;
- Firmware or application corrections that address security issues; and
- Updates that improve security or data protection safeguards.
Security updates are different from feature updates, general product improvements, and warranty service. A product may stop receiving new features while remaining eligible for security updates during its stated support period.
2. Security Support Commitment
We will provide security updates for each supported product from its release date and until at least the Minimum Security Update End Date listed below. Security updates may continue after that date.
| Product | Model | Release Date | Minimum Security Update End Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Comulytic Note Pro | TN10 | November 25, 2025 | November 25, 2030 |
| Comu Action Pro | TN20 | August 12, 2026 | August 12, 2031 |
3. Product and Software Coverage
During each product’s stated security support period, this policy covers security updates for the product firmware and related Comu software and applications used to operate or support the product.
4. How Security Updates Are Made Available
Security updates may be made available through the update mechanisms supported by the relevant product or software.
5. Products No Longer Receiving Security Updates
As of the date shown above, no Comu product listed on this page has reached the end of its stated security support period. When a listed product reaches its security update end date, this page will be updated to show that status.
6. Extensions to a Support Period
If Comu extends the minimum security support period for a listed product, the new end date will be published on this page as soon as practicable.
